My Pink Instax Mini8 Review

Hi there!
Wanted to share some pictures of this super fun camera! I couldn't wait to get it because it just looked so cute!
Lol trust me this camera
is such a pretty pink in person!

let's DO This!

This is what came in my package. I ordered the camera and 20 prints of film for under $100.

This is the film compartment.

This camera now has an new feature or filter it can add to your
pictures. These are the features above.

It's really a cute and light camera.

This camera uses 2 AA batteries which slide in on the right side.

Here are some pictures that I snapped at CHA. It was so fun to see every one's expression when I whipped out my instax. Lots of white ones where floating around but the pink its just so cute & girlie!

Ok so.... my review:

Pros:
Hands down the funnest camera I have ever owned!
Super cute color!
Easy to use!

Cons:
Film Cost is about a dollar a picture.
Can not upload to web or share unless you want to take a picture of your picture?
Pictures are credit card size.
Your subjects can not close their eyes! lol

Bottom line if your looking for fun this is your kinda camera!
Hope you found my review useful!

This glitter and mason jars caught my eye!

Loved the bags! Perfect for Valentines!

We had a blast going from booth to booth!! It was like being in a candyshop!

You know Halloween is my FAV!

I really loved the Dear Lizzy booth soooo awsome! She was so sweet and super down to earth!

Color Mist & Project Life

Color Mist!
The biggest craze!? Today I created a page for the girls over at Stuck on You Sketches. The challenge was to add a "sun" to your page.

What more perfect way then to add some color mist and finally use some of my new stuff.

I started adding washi tape to create a sun and then used my Mr. Huey's in yellow and orange to spray around the washi.

It left me with a perfect sun! I then added my "let the sun shine" stamp from Studio Calico.

The white part of the sun is where I peeled off my washi tape.

I love documenting with project life. The cards I used are from the Jade kit.
Its so easy all you have to do is pick two or three photos and slide tags in the rest of the pockets!
You can make project life as detailed or easy as you like! NO presure!

Please do swing by and see some other projects today here:

Have an awsome day!

Project Life Page Using Skippin 5

Project Life using Skipping5!

Hi there today's post is a page I created for Stuck On U Sketches!

Please do check them out - the challenge was to add a calendar stamp.
I used Amy Tangerine's monthly stamp that I absolutely love!

I used these awesome tags by Skipping5
you can find their website here :http://www.skipping5.com/

I loved the gold shine on their tags!
For the bottom tag I added some glitter tape from American Crafts.
The stuff is pretty awesome!

The gold circles came from Pink Paislee's Luxe Line. They are rub on's and they worked really well!

I added the gold doily from an add on kit I got from Studio Calico.

I loved using all the gold and creating this page.

The stamp came from a Studio Class I am taking called Inked.

This cup here I made for a new instagram follower.

This poster (below) is for my local Michael's. I'm sad to say that my short time their as teaching has come to an end. I am going to be coaching my daughter's cheer team and no longer have the time to give Michael's.   Please do take your kids their as they will hold 2 hour kids classes for $2! A place for them to create in the summer!

Last but not least here is some vintage PacMan I made for my nephew's upcoming party!

Can't forget Mrs. Pacman ....

Ok my crafty people thank you for stopping by!

Studio Calico Happy Little Moments Class

A while ago I shared I took a class where I was sent a used book.
This used book would be taken apart and turned into a book of things that make me happy.

Take a peek of my front cover that I created!

This is what it looked like when I first got!

So I have been loving these anchors. Im really not at the beach everyday but
what the anchor symbol means to me is being grounded.

I love that and I love the fact that I have passed that meaning down to my kids.

Look how pretty! It came out just like I had invisioned it to be.
Below is my first page ... I used watercolor and wrote the word love.
This book will be for my kids. I plan to not only put pictures of fun times we have had but include notes for them about me.

Oh look... I bought these bags from Papersource and took some acrylic
paint to it. It came out adorbs!

Here's another one I made trying to get the ombre look by using a stamp pad.

Here is a picture from my latest watercolor class I took  over the weekend.

My layout.

Some images below are from what I saw when I went into Papersource.

This wreath was made out of straws! Pretty Cool!

Got lucky to catch a demo! Notice the bag I relicated at home?

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a wonderful crafty day!
